Legal

  • Transgender Law Center: Nationwide organization that provides remote legal resources for the TGI community. 

  • Legal Aid at Work: Free legal services for workers in CA. They partner with people to help them understand and assert their workplace rights. They also advocate for employment laws and systems that empower low-paid workers and marginalized communities.

  • The Public Law Center: Nonprofit that offers free legal services to low income residents of Orange County. They provide legal services for subsidized housing termination (section 8 vouchers, unlawful detainer/eviction defense, security deposit refunds, housing conditions, enforcement of the mobile home residency law, affordable housing advocacy, training on housing rights, forming resident associations, housing discrimination and disability rights, enforcement of CA land use laws, and mobile home title disputes. 

  • A New Way of Life: Nonprofit that assists with housing, legal service, family reunification, advocacy, and leadership development.

  • AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF): global nonprofit organization providing high-quality HIV care and services to those in need

  • APAIT: positively impacts the quality of life for vulnerable communities experiencing behavioral health challenges, housing insecurity, and at-risk for HIV/AIDS.

  • Shanti Orange County: Provides Mental Health and Case Management Services

  • Orange County 17th St Clinic: The OC Health Care Agency (HCA) is a regional interdisciplinary health jurisdiction and an accredited health department, charged with protecting and promoting individual, family and community health through partnership and coordination of public and private sector resources.

  • DAP Health: quality programs and health services for people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, orientations, and socioeconomic statuses. 

  • The Owens Clinic: primary care for those living with HIV.
